Hispanic Heritage Celebration

Join us every Friday in August from 7:30PM to 9PM in Fountain Square for a high-energy lineup of free live music. Each week features a top-tier tribute performance, come for the hits, stay for the vibes. Seating opens at 6PM, with Vendor Alley running from 6PM-8PM featuring caricature artists, balloon twisters, games, and giveaways at participating vendor booths. HOTWORX Presents: Age Regression Therapy with Feathers of Heather

HOTWORX is a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the many benefits of infrared heat absorption, while completing a 30-minute isometric workout or 15-min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session. Through the use of innovation technology, a variety of infrared sauna workouts are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A HOTWORX certified Virtual Instructor will guide you through each 15-minute HIIT and 30-minute Isometric session, while motivating you to EARN THE BURN!

	<li>HEAT– When your core body temperature rises, there is an anabolic effect that speeds up your metabolism. Another heated workout advantage is that less time is required for warm ups in a heated studio.</li>
	<li>INFRARED ENERGY– Infrared energy has the effect of strengthening and activating the regenerative processes in the human body. This is why workouts in an infrared energy environment can help to accelerate workout recovery.</li>

EXERCISE– Two forms of exercise work very well inside of the HOTWORX infrared sauna- Isometrics and HIIT. With isometrics, a variety of methods can be used, such as yoga and pilates. With HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), a short 15-minute routine with a cycle or row will provide just the right amount of workout results when combined with heat and infrared energy.
