Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance while providing exceptional customer service. As a Sales Associate Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Job Description As Sales Associate Lead you will drive sales through excellent customer service while performing daily assigned tasks. Duties include ensuring the store is merchandised to company standards, receiving and processing product as it comes in, making sure the store is fully stocked, and assisting the store manager with any needs.

Duties

● Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets.

● Manage daily store operations, including cash handling and cash register management.

● Train and mentor team members on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

● Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including shift management.

● Assist customers with their purchases, providing expert knowledge on all the products we carry

● Maintain an organized and visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

● Full Availability

● Basic computer/math knowledge

● Be able to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time and work on ladders

● Merchandising Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
